The Wyckoff Exchange in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn, New York is designed by Andre Kikoski Architect (AKA), an imaginative, award-winning architecture and design firm based in Manhattan.

The client, a small innovative project developer called Orangerock, acquired a piece of land close to the city centre for future redevelopment, planned to take place within ten years.

The function of this architecture is security and controlling all the floodgates located at port of Fukura, enlighten dangerous of the Tsunami for tourists, and use as a place of refuge in case of the Tsunami warning.
