AHL BBQ is a new product for preparing healthy meals outdoors. There is a round, wide, thick flat baking pan that can be used as teppanyaki. The pan has different cooking temperatures. This cooking unit is beautifully designed to create a special atmosphere cooking experience with your family and friends. Whether you're roasting eggs, slow-cooking vegetables, broiling tender steaks, or preparing fish meal, with AHL BBQ, you'll discover a whole new world of outdoor cooking possibilities. You can grill and bake at the same time...

How should I prepare the cooling plate before first use?

Once the cooking dish is heated through, drizzle with olive oil and spread out with a kitchen towel. The olive oil will be mixed with the factory oil, making it easy to remove. If olive oil is placed on a plate without sufficient heat, it will come off with a sticky black substance that will not be easily removed. Drizzle with olive oil 2-3 times. Then use the added spatula to scrape off the cooking board and push the scraping crumbs into the heat. Once you've only been able to scrape off the beige crumbs, the cooking plate is clean and ready to use. Just drizzle it with olive oil again, then spread it out and start cooking!

What to do with my hot ashes?

If for some reason you need to handle hot charcoal immediately after cooking, it is best to use the following procedure. Wear heat-resistant gloves and use a brush and metal dustpan to remove the hot charcoal from the cone, then place the hot charcoal into the empty zinc box. Pour cold water into the bin until the hot ash is completely mixed and dispose of the ash in the manner permitted by local regulations.

How do I maintain my cooking plate?

After cleaning the cooking plate, a layer of vegetable oil should be applied to prevent the cooking plate from rust. Pancoating can also be used. Pancoating keeps the plate greasy for a long time and does not evaporate quickly. Treating the cooking plate with pancoating is also easier when the cooking plate is cold. When the cooking plate is not used for longer periods of time, we recommend treating it with oil or pancoating every 15-30 days. The amount of corrosion does very much depend on the climate. Salty, humid air is obviously much worse than dry air.

If you use your cooking setup regularly, a smooth layer of carbon residue will build up on the plate, making it smoother and more comfortable to use. Sometimes, this layer may come off here and there. When you notice crumbs, simply scrape them off with a spatula and rub in new oil. In this way, the carbon residue layer gradually regenerates itself.

How long does it take to heat the cooking plate?

The time it takes to heat a cooking plate depends heavily on the outdoor temperature. The time required ranges from 25 to 30 minutes in spring and summer to 45 to 60 minutes in fall and winter.
